0. 3 Rounds (HR - Team member - Hiring manager). 1. Lack of communication between HR and the Team: I had a conversation about the location of the job during the HR round. And the team member (interviewer of 2nd round), again, asked me questions about the location where I'll be based in. However, during the 3rd round, the hiring manager said she wants me to work in a different country where I didn't want to be based. What a waste of time to prepare the whole process. 2. HR responded super quick during the interview process but ghosted me after the final interview. The hiring manager said they'll let me know the final result within a week. But they never reach out to me. They deleted the job posting on Workday without further notice. I checked my workday dashboard and it says 'in process' but they deactivated the posting itself. If they hired somebody else, that's fine. But the way they communicate is really DISRESPECTFUL for a candidate who was eager for the job and invested a lot of time to prepare for the interview with Delivery Hero.
