The interview process was very fast, meaning that it was a full couple of days of discussions with HR, hiring manager and upper management. I would consider the discussions very casual and honest. Very straightforward and positive in my experience, and what I really liked about the interaction with upper management, it was that they were very transparent about the challenging role, high expectations and commitment to the project.
