Deckwise interview questions

The process took over three weeks. The initial contact, via email, secondary via phone, and final interview in person at Deckwise. No follow-through from Deckwise after "thank you" email was sent on my part.

applied via email. Called back by phone, and given basic information about hte job. Pretty standard interview and questions -- past successes, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Met the sales manager the first time, anothr manager the second time.
