I interviewed towards the end of last year for a consultant position via an external recruiter and advanced to the second stage, involving a presentation on an AI problem. Despite my efforts (days spent on task), I received no proper feedback and my request for interview notes went unanswered. The lack of communication has left me unsure about the specific reasons for the decision. As a candidate from a minority group, the lack of communication was disheartening. Despite the evident intelligence of the team, the process left me feeling like just another candidate in a promising industry (one I am personally passionate about). Constructive feedback is crucial for improvement, and I hope this input contributes to refining the interview experience.

Good personal staged interview process. Took a different approach to other employers which was more engaging. An initial video call, a presentation to give and two other video interviews. Touched on both technical and non-technical questions such as stakeholder management.
