Interview
I applied for the position through a recruitment agency, there are several stages of interview. The first one is a simple objective test done online. 1 hour time is given to answer 20 questions ranging from OOP, logic and database questions. I needed to get 55/100 to pass onto the next stage. Second stage of the interview is a technical test, case study is given to me and I needed to design an application using their propriety programming language.

Object Oriented Programming, Logic and Database Schema Design
Initial touch point call followed by a 20 to 30 minutes discussion with a Solution Architect with relatively non-technical questions compared to what you might expect in the software industry.

Interview
Consists of 1 round test, 1 round interview with HR and 1 round with superior.
The test is basically contains some questions on mathematics, logical thinking and processing elements. If you pass the test, then you will be called for second round interview with HR personnel. If things go smoothly, you will be given assignment or task to be completed. You will have to present the outcome to the superior during the last round on interview session.

Interview
This is one of the best interview I have been to. The interviewers were friendly and I enjoyed the conversation with them.
The interview is split into two stages. During the first stage, they asked some typical hr questions such as tell me about yourself and etc. To go to the next stage(technical interview), I need to pass the first one. I was given a case study around 1 week beforehand to prepare at home. It was used in the technical interview.
