Normal respeitam prazos , foi entrevista inicial, teste, falar com hed, esperei mais 15 dias e então não recebi o feedback nem positivo nem negativo. Salário bom, benefícios bons e jornada boa.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Daon (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Mar 2022
Interview
Firstly, there was call with HR. Basic info about company and the role. After that there is a home assessment that is actually a mini project written in Java/ SpringBoot. The idea was to check design patterns, code organization, tests etc. After that, there is a round with software engineers where we discussed about the task and its solution.

If I remember correctly, it was related to JVM internals like how garbage collector works.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Daon (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2024
Interview
Interview process for the position was three stages - initial screening call (skipped in this case as I'd already interviewed for another role with Daon relatively recently), technical interview with an engineer, then a final interview with the CTO. The technical interviews were conversational and did not involve a formal coding assessment like a Leetcode challenge or take-home test etc - focus was more on talking through prior experiences and discussing my general approaches to common challenges of the domain. It was a really good candidate experience - all the Daon folk I interacted with during the process from both talent and engineering were lovely, the workplace culture struck me as a strong positive of the position (along with some really interesting business and technology challenges). I ultimately did not take up the offer due to personal circumstances, but will absolutely be considering Daon for any future career moves.
