One phone screen, one round on site with written technical test and questions on my past experience, the other rounds were with Director of operations , emphasis on being multi lingual (English/ French or English/Spanish), general questions about windows networking and knowledge about media/ broadcast industry

Varie interviste su teams, dal colloquio conoscitivo al colloquio tecnico in base al ruolo richiesto. Tutto espressamente in lingua inglese parte fondamentale della selezione. Si tratta di un'azienda internazionale ed è anche richiesto una certa flessibilità nel viaggiare il che aggiunge un valore notevole all'azienda.

Entretien par Skype et/ou par téléphone puis dans les locaux.
Test écrit technique.
Au total 5 entretiens: le 1er avec le potentiel futur manager, puis le N+2, puis le CEO enfin le président.
Ce processus peut dépendre du poste auquel le candidat postule.
Number of meetings with different key persons, small test to demonstrate self-learning abilities, test on presentations preparation. Overall it was very smooth and friendly. From every beginning was good feeling that people are very friendly.
