The interview process is systematic and challenging. It consists of six steps, which are: - English proficiency test, - Psychometric test covering the logical, reasoning, abstract kind of questions, - Face to face interview - Group and panel discussion - Mini Presentation - Presentation to senior management group Based on the results of each step, the candidates are promoted to the next steps. The final selection depends on the overall scores during the assessment process.
