I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DISH (Denver, CO) in Dec 2014
Interview
Fairly straightforward process. I received a call about a week ahead with a phone screen. Then met a person informally who then passed me on to another department. Met with boss & replacement for an in person interview within a week. Received a response a few days after that from the recruiter.
Got a call from their recruitment and was asked to take some assessments. After the assessments, I was scheduled for an interview a few days after. In person interview occurred and heard back a few days later.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DISH
Interview
Very long process consisting of five interviews with varying levels of management. Interviews varied in content but with that many interviews, one does feel like they are repeating at least a portion of their information.
Two ph w/ HR person. Then onsite with mgmt. Then a follow up phone with hr. 2 month process. Long drawn out. Hr was nice and acknowledged the lengthy process.
