Applied online and heard back fairly quickly. When I went in for my interview, I first met with a very friendly and welcoming lady who worked as a Customer Happiness Ambassador. It seemed to go quite well and by the end, she was telling me about when training would start and when I could expect to hear back. It seemed to be wrapping up but then she decided to check if the HR director was free to meet with me as well. At this point, I felt pretty confident as it seemed like other people there for interviews were leaving after their first one. After waiting quite a while, I was led to a small, dark & cluttered room with 1 super bright photography light on for a second interview. I felt like I was getting questioned by the police, and found the next lady to be rather cold and intimidating. She asked very similar questions but never seemed satisfied with my answers. She was also the same woman from the job info video which caught me off guard. I ended up getting a bit anxious and flustered which I definitely think hurt my chances. I never heard back from them, and did not receive a response to my follow-up email.
