CyRide interview questions

Phone call interview followed by in person interview with two hiring managers. Basic questions such as “do you have experience with phone operations, cash handling” “describe a time when you went above and beyond with a customer”

First, applicants were required to take an assessment on basic decision-making from an old video. If you passed that test, you were given an interview. It was a single interview, with three people in the room asking questions about thought processes, customer service experiences, and ability to drive.
