Excellent process, very professional. Began with two phone calls with Director of Human Resources, then was invited in to meet one on one with each department head. They filed in one at a time and spent about 30 minutes each with me, each asking their own individual questions. It was clear what the priorities were for each one when you listened to them talk about their roles.
