Applied and received a phone call about interview a day later. Easy questions, fast interview, hired on the spot. Was offered a step down position than I applied for though, but with acknowledgement of fast tracking to higher position.

Very simple. I've had prior experience, they asked about the mission statement, why I was applying, what I knew, what my expected hours and pay were, and skipped the basic interview questions.
