      Community Manager Interview

      16 Apr 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Cubert

      Interview

Hiring Team was super helpful and friendly which allowed me to be myself in the process and many of my concerns were addressed in the interview. However, things took a turn once I was given a skills/homework test. I was happy to further show my skills and capabilities through live examples. Although, after receiving the test I realized it was very excessive from an applicant perspective compared to other tests I've completed. The homework test was in multiple stages and required at least 10 hours which in my opinion exceeded the necessary time to highlight your skills and capabilities.
