CrossCountry Mortgage interview questions

I recorded video interviews for the first round, and had a Teams meeting for the second interview. Haven't gone farther than that yet, but the interview was very pleasant and interviewer was very friendly, giving off the impression that this would be a fun place to work.

There is a two part interview process. One in person and an online portion. The in person interview is normal process that last about a half hour to forty five minuets. The online portion was more to see if you were technology literate. Checking words per minute, ability to do quick math and make quick decisions. They use 3rd party software for this.
