Crescerance interview questions

I was there through a consultancy, Process was very lengthy, They wasted 1 month for all interview and I got no feedback from the company and consultant gave feedback in every week that you are selected and they are working on your package. Later consultant told me they didn't have the budget as per my current salary and from the beginning to end of process I clearly mentioned my expected salary. Such a waste of time and quite funny as I thought they are professionals. throughout the process interviewer was really good and knowledgeable first round was F2F technical round, the second was technical + Manager round and the person was a gem and really asking good management questions related to team skills. Next round was with US team. Finally after this lengthy 1-month process after 15 days got a call from the consultant that I am selected and asked my expectation so that he can go through with the final offer letter process and after every week I got a response that they are working on my salary part and will finalize soon but at last I got nothing. Such an unprofessional way to conduct an interview.

I went through three rounds of interview in 2 weeks. The process wasn't painful and they did not take obnoxious amount of time to get back to me with results. I loved how transparent and candid they were during the interview process. Through the course of the interview process, I had developed enough liking for the company and the team that inspired me to take up the offer.
