I believe that a recruiter is the first impression a company shows to a candidate. If the recruiter doesn’t share excitement, passion, or even knowledge for the position they are hiring for, it’s probably not a good thing for either party. That was my unfortunate experience. This recruiter was even caught in a white lie. This lie would have been easy missed if the interviewed party did not do their due diligence in researching the prior hierarchy of company. A turn off from the very beginning of the interview.
