Start off with a phone interview and then an in person interview. Phone interview is about 30 minutes and then the in person is about 2-3 hours. Overall, the process is not too hard. They just want to see that you want to work there and how you can succeed.

Met at the career far at my college, sent a follow up email to the recruiter. Recruiter reached out to me for a phone interview. Quick 15-min phone interview basically to get to know you and if you are a right for them and if they are a right fit for you.
