Interview
Didn't happen. I submitted my resume via Indeed and received an email about booking a time to interview. I completed the process and schedule the time. The Talent Acquisition Specialist emailed a min after the interview should have started to tell me they were going to be late by 30 mins and asked to call at 1:30. I replied that it was ok and waited. 1:30 comes and goes and no call or follow up email. I wait about 10 mins after the second time and then send an email withdrawing from the candidacy. At 2:11 I get a call from an number I don't know and I am unable to answer it. The caller doesn't leave a voicemail so I don't know if they every tried to contact me.
This combined with the bad reviews for the IT Department says I may have dodged a bullet here. They wasted my time.

Interview
Had my first interview, out of 3. Was told they wanted to proceed with a second interview same day. While waiting for them to find a manager to do the 2nd interview, they found out my personality test wasn't completed, but couldn't send it to my email. After waiting about 15 minutes they sent me it. I completed it and it was the wrong test, and yet another 15 minutes they still couldn't email it, so they printed it out and I did it by hand. After waiting about another hour and a half total, they said they didn't have anyone to do an interview and rescheduled for another day. I skipped the following interview due to the fact it seemed like I was jumping through hoops for an entry position, yet they wasted my time being extremely unorganized.

Interview
• They'll do a phone screening at whatever time of night is convenient for them (They called me at 1030 pm). Describing the culture of the job and next steps.
• You'll schedule a remote meeting where you take control of the screen and solve two problems using c# and sql (relatively easy).
• You'll take a personality test.
Most importantly they'll ghost you if you don't pass. No automated scripted email or feedback. Honestly, for a Christian based company I expected more. It's a cold world. Not worth the time in my opinion because how are you expected to nail an interview in the future if you can't even get some feedback on previous interviews.
