Covista interview questions

Had a phone screen with the recruiter and was soon given a second interview, second interview was great and the interviewer was super personable and asked a few situational questions. Was immediately moved onto the third interview; this was the hardest one and all of the questions were about my current role and how it might apply to the role I’m interviewing for. Interviewer was no nonsense and seemed unconvinced of my answers, was pretty clear they wanted someone with more experience and had their mind made up. Two weeks go by with no communication until recruiter calls me and lets me know they went with someone else which was not a surprise.
