Interview
The interview process was quick and included potential co-workers, direct hiring manager, as well as the HR rep. A tour of the facility was included as a part of the interview process. The total time of the interview was around 4 hours. I did hear back from Covidien quickly with an offer that I later accepted.

Covidien was very interested in my previous project management and lean manufacturing experience - the product being produced was becoming more of a commodity and cost savings in the manufacturing process were critical. Many questions about working in a regulated industry as well.
