10 rounds of interview followed by HR round, each round lasted for 30 minutes and there was 20 minutes gap after each round. pretty long interview i will say, so I had to leave in between

Interview
They were looking mostly for someone who can work independently and is smart and analytical. Didn't ask too many questions about experience, more about who you are and what do you like to do in your own time. Did ask about how you feel with doing the basic time consuming work, such as A/P, A/R, HR, month end closing, etc.

Interview
I met with the person who overseas the sales and customer service department. He explained the position to me and gave me information about the benefits that the company provides. I was asked to explain what I did at my previous jobs and we talked about the work and how it was similar to the job that they were offering. The entire process took about 45-minutes.
