I interviewed at Council on Foreign Relations (Washington, DC)
Interview
First, I was reached out to about a phone screening, this was simple and only 10 minutes. Then, I was reached out to about an in-person interview, which was an hour and with two potential supervisors on the team. Following the interview, I had to complete a writing test. Didn't hear back after that.

Application
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Council on Foreign Relations (New York, NY) in Jul 2025
Interview
The process consisted of an HR screening, a test, and a final in-person interview. I had to reach out repeatedly for updates or to confirm interview times—my final interview (which I had travelled for) wasn't confirmed until the day before. I was informed I didn't get an offer a week after the final interview.

Question 1
What is one thing you made in Adobe Illustrator that you're proud of?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Council on Foreign Relations
Interview
I received an out-of-the blue phone call that was a preliminary interview with questions about my background, career pursuits, and personality traits. Then they scheduled me for a writing/editing "test" via email the following day. The "test" was emailed and I was given 45 min to complete the editing and "writing" prompts (which were focused on customer service and professional etiquette). About a month later I was informed via email that I had not been selected. I thought it was inappropriate that they asked me where else I was applying for jobs.
