Easy, ten minute interview about your ability to do math. I was asked about how often I could work and my experience in the food business, which I had none in. Nothing too outrageous, I was hired on spot.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cotton Patch Cafe (Granbury, TX) in Sept 2022

Interview
Nothing crazy--I walked in, and they took me to a back booth and asked a series of behavioral questions. They gave me a "menu test" to study for, but after getting the job and talking with coworkers, I found out they don't care whether you pass it--they just want you to be familiar w the menu before taking the job.
Very simple standard interview. I even got a question slightly wrong and was given a chance to correct. I was called back within the day that I interviewed as well. Very fast turn around.
