They ask you random “what if” questions but they want to see how you’d deal with difficult customers and how your customer service is so if you’re good with that then you should be good overall. Just be yourself! don’t fake it for a job. as long as they see that you’re honest and genuine you're good. Goodluck !

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer or what would you do in that scenario.
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.

Strait fwrd retail questions but mostly about yourself and why or how you would be a good fit. Also history of retail work including challenges you've overcome and how you handled customer situations
