Interview
I was interviewed by two supervisors. About 8 questions were asked. If you passed that they immediately take you to one of the managers for a final interview. They place you at a department at the end after they see where you'll fit in best according to your interview/resume.

Why do you want to work for costco? Why should we hire you? Costco requires you to work different shifts/positions, starting at 4am all the way to 5:30pm, are you able to be flexible? Describe at time where you had to overcome a hardship.
