Interview
Had one day of interviews lasted about 1-2 hours. Interviewed with pricing manager, global pricing manager, and HR. After accepted job I was required to do drug test using hair.

Do you have experience in developing a process or improving a current process to increase efficiency or accuracy?
It was easy going overall. Seemed like they wanted to check my thought process. It was mainly technical questions and a lot of emphasis was put on my previous experiences.
