Interview
I was excited at the prospect of the HireVue interview that Corby uses. It makes great use of video technology for what could be a more engaging screening process. Ultimately, the lack of human interaction ended up being a huge negative as you don't establish a contact at the hiring company. If they don't take the necessary steps to follow up, it is actually a very frustrating process for interviewees. I had forgotten about this role by the time that Corby got back to me (3 months later).

The first interview is a digital interview (not a zoom - when where a robot asks you questions) and a game based assessment.
Unfortunately it went to my spam so it took me a while to see it. By the time I saw it I had already accepted another role.
I however do not like interviews like this so it was a slight turn off from the company.
