After multiple phone interviews, I was invited to a face-to-face interview. Questions were easy, and near the conclusion, the CEO asked what my salary expectations were. I stated HR had posted a competitive salary, and I stated I was comfortable with that number. After not being selected, the company now posts for a part-time position offering less than half what was offered prior. With the job qualifications requested, all I can say good luck.

Very thorough thought out questions that indicate they truly care about their residents, this residential treatment seems to be staffed with genuine, authentic employees that oversee the safety and best interest of their clients.
