Interview
Applied on their career site; recruiter was very transparent with job responsibilities and manager expectations as well as the overall interview process. Any feedback and follow up steps were scheduled timely. I had detailed/informative conversations about the case study portion with the hiring manager and found their feedback to be crucial. Interview panel was mostly people I would work with and this gave me insights into what it would be like to work in this team and helped make my final decision to accept the offer.
