First round - 30 minutes interview over Team. They asked about current role and job responsibilities. Second round- 1.5 hour Lab assessment. Tough for field Engineer. Some questions are ccnp level such BGP route. Lab assessment was around 30 questions based on network topology built in simulator software . There was no physical Lab assessment. As field Engineer I prepared for physical lab assessment. I wish I knew the test would be on troubleshooting knowledge based. Hopefully next time London to Birmingham journey would be worth.

2 stage interview first being informal brief interview with line manager and technical expert in the field team I enjoyed this very much for how relaxed this was and helped me understand company a bit better and what I'll get myself into Second interview was in the office, this was also quite relaxed.
