First of all interviewer dicussed about my self than ask some relevant questions regarding accounting and finance like asked about IAS and IFRS than asked about some journal general entries than asked some accounting concept as well in last discussed about the company review and timing of the company.

Interview
The process was smooth but a little lengthy. Depending on the qualification one possesses, there could be several interviews. Before getting shortlisted for an interview, one has to undertake an online assessment on different sections depending on the position applied.
Detailed process of hiring, initially its an invite to the test. Then there are couple of interviews with HR and on shore mangers. They see whether you are the right fit for the organization or not.
