I applied online. I interviewed at Conseqta in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied to one of their postings on LinkedIn. First, there was a basic phone screening with a recruiter. At the end of the screening, we scheduled a technical video interview with the CTO. The recruiter also gave me some notes on what might be covered in the interview.
The video interview was with the CTO and someone else in the company. They were both friendly and welcoming. The questions went in-depth about the technologies I've used and how I use them in my current position. Mainly stuff about Java, Spring, and Angular. They would have asked about Docker and Kubernetes but I didn't have experience with those. The interview was scheduled for an hour but only took around 20 minutes.
At the end, they said that I would hear back from them in the next couple days. I haven't heard from them for over a week so I assume they decided not to move forward. I struggled throughout the interview so I didn't expect to move on in the process.
