Connexity interview questions

An initial video call with a global Hiring Specialist. This is followed by a video call with the Hiring Team Lead and Director. If successful, then you ate invited to spend a few hours in the office with the team.

Connexity ran one of the more organised and respectful interview processes I’ve experienced. From start to finish, communication was clear, timelines were honoured, and every interaction felt genuine. The team was warm, engaged, and well-prepared at every stage. Even though I wasn’t selected in the end, I appreciated receiving detailed, thoughtful feedback that was actually useful, and not just a generic rejection. Overall, a strong candidate experience that reflects well on the company. I’d be happy to reapply in future.
