Interviewed with two individuals from management; one who was the VP, and the other who sat under him (Director, I think). Mostly discussed my resume and skills and what they needed or tools they already had. I had a phone screening, then a phone interview, after which they rushed me in for an in-person interview that week after finding that I was personable and an excellent technical fit. After the interview, which ended with me asking, politely, an honest question of why their reviews were so low(they blamed others and said they fired all of those people), they showed me to the door and informed the recruiter I was "not a technical fit." The recruiter commented to me that this was very odd since I had just informed her minutes ago that "ConnectiveRX really did not ask any technical questions." They took quite a few notes while I spoke (some of which I saw, for instance that it was good that I had experience in the SIEM they used). The VP pulled up a SANS paper he had written 15 years ago when I mentioned my certifications. For anyone considering a position here, I would be quite cautious due to the low reviews and the fact that they have been unable to fill the position 3 months (or more?) later. I have had recruiters(3 different people) from the same firm that set up this interview contact me second and third times recently about this position.
