I applied online, they send me this long survey. Then follows interview with the recruiter after that another interview for technical questions. So my main point is don’t waste your time, they don’t hire. It’s just resume hoarding.

Before even interviewing they wanted me to take a Culture Index survey. I find it very offensive that this survey is more important than my ability to do the job. think not.
