Pretty simple process of going over the basics, schooling, and experience. Afterwards speaking about the actual position i was applying for. These recruiters do not know too much about engineering. And write down every response to send to the hiring manager.

Round table meeting with HR, a Business Analyst, and the "Managing Partner." General questions really. About my background in IT, and previous position. Asked me to use a whiteboard and diagram out something I liked. One thing that struck me in the interview is how the "managing partner" bashed the guy that held the job before me. My gut told me not to accept the job because of that. Turns out I was right. Its an absolutely horrible place to work. Taking a job there was one of the worst decisions I've ever made.

Describe my previous experience.
Their skills test was an utter joke - add a printer to a laptop. Took me all of 2 minutes.
