Step 1: phone screen with recruiter

Step 3: In-person @ NY HQ
Step 4: Final interview (2nd On-Site)
Whole process was spread out a little over a month.
Everyone I met during the whole process was super nice. Even when I didn't get the spot, the recruiter still made me feel good by contacting me and explaining they didn't want to send some 'generic' rejection letter.
Very personable and transparent.
I'll say this, out of the many companies I've had the opportunity to interview with, this was the only company where I felt completely welcome and invited during the whole process. There was never a moment where I felt 'out of place' or just another number on a spreadsheet.
