Great until they ghosted me. They even had me do a sample project and offered me a freelance position and then suddenly wouldn't answer any of my calls or emails. It was very strange.

Community Journals sends an assessment to you to complete within about a week. After this they are supposed to contact you to let you know if they'd like to schedule an interview, though I'd have no idea since I was ghosted by the hiring person. I suppose that's common practice today, but it still seemed to be extremely unprofessional to me.
