Very straightforward and low pressure. I was asked about my interest and qualifications and the whole process was very prompt. The lady suggested me for several positions and walked me through the application process.

Interview
You fill out an app, the members interview you, and then you're interviewed by an assistant director. They tell you to wait for a while, then they take you to a back area and let you know if you were selected.

Mr. so and so is blind. He comes out of the bathroom and has feces on his hands. He extends his hand in an attempt to give you a handshake. What do you do?

Interview
Initial calls are only offered once, this needs improvement. More consideration needs to be given. Phone interview was good, all questions asked were related to choices made to see if the job is a good fit.
