1. written test about the editing skills, intelligence test to test basic logic and comprehension
2. interview with the hiring manager
3. group interview with the chief editor: three candidates, each came from different disciplinary. None of us had official degree in literature or editing. The chief editor looked more about personality and motivation

Interview
Two phone interviews: one with HR and one with Supervisor. Had a third call regarding salary and then was asked to come in for an in person interview. Interviewed with supervisor and two other senior supervisors in a round-robin scenario.
