I applied online and got an email with invitaton for a test. After that I got a call from the boss of a unit in Comarch saiying that they are interested and what time would suit me for an interview. Interview was very relax and not too formal. Without strange questions like What animal are you? . Mostly about my univeristy, experience etc. They also described the role in more detail as well as the unit and the team
