Interview process was simple, but disorganized. Recruiter called and said they'd get back to me with a definitive interview date, and finally did a week later. Second interview was just meeting with one of the managers.

Question 1
Candidate will have to perform a simple Excel task
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ComNet Communications
Interview
Interview was about a half hour. I was greatly over prepared. I knew more about the company website than the interviewer. The person seemed reluctant to explain much of job requirements and offered little explanation about the company other than what the specific job opening was about.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No difficult questions were asked. They wanted to know how flexible your work hours could be and if you have knowledge of spreadsheets
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ComNet Communications (Danbury, CT) in Feb 2015
Interview
I knew the local manager in Rockville, MD and submitted a resume that was sent up to HQ in Danbury, CT. Hr then called and conducted a 15 minute interview with me that really didnt contain any questions of substance. It was a waste of time. I then went to CT to interview with 2 VP's. I did a BD presentation as requested. It became obvious rather quickly that they have no knowledge of federal work and very little knowledge of commercial work and the player in the DC market.

Question 1
There were very few questions. They asked me to prepare a BD plan. The HQ is in CT. It was obvious that neither the execs nor hr knows the DC market for federal business at all. They don't even know the general construction market. BD has been a revolving door in rockville for a few years.
