I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Collette in Jan 2026
Interview
Felt like more of a sales pitch on their tours then an interview for the role. Interviewer read off of a sheet about the company and explained VERY in depth the tours they offer. Then asked very surface level behavior questions and didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about the role itself. Told them I was ok with the posted salary rage but would be targeting the higher end. Got told flat out that they wouldn't actually go anywhere near the top range of their posted salary range. Felt like a waste of time and honestly not sure they are really looking to fill the position. I keep seeing the same job get reposted for about 6 months. Interviewer was nice and company seemed to have good perks but overall interview was a disappointing experience.
Two tier, HR then potential supervisor. Friendly, engaged, thoughtful. A range of questions about how to approach the position. A tour of the headquarters building. Then met briefly with head of department. Have an overview of why they’re hiring for the position and what to expect.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth. They started with a team’s consultation and then I got to meet more of the hiring team. The interview questions were straightforward and I felt really comfortable talking to the hiring team.
