College Admissions Assist. interview questions

I found the ad online and submitted my resume, along with the requested cover letter. I was then asked to explain how I had positively changed the life of a young person. I then had one phone interview and 2 in person interviews. The first was with the only executive director, the second was with the same exec. director, along with 2 other leadership personnel.
