Obviously you would want to look at the articles written by CoeliacUK on their website before starting the task; however, all the links to the articles were dead on their website. I had been communicating with HR throughout the interview process, and I knew that they would take too long to respond if I asked for the articles directly. They said I would hear back by the 'end of the week' for the results of the second interview, but it took nearly 2 weeks and 2 emails to HR to actually hear a response (the first email they never responded to). HR said I failed the interview but said they asked the interviewers to provide feedback for me (which I would expect after preparing a lot of materials for the interview). It has been months now, and I never received another communication from them, which is very frustrating as how am I to know how to improve. The interview process lacked respect of the potential candidates.
