I recently had the opportunity to go through hiring process at Coca-Cola HBC and I must say it was a highly positive experience.
The process began with a 15-20 minute phone interview with HR where I had the chance to share my professional background and experience. The conversation was smooth and the recruiter was friendly and engaging making me feel comfortable from the start.
Following the initial interview I completed an assessment that covered Excel, accounting and personality testing. While the assessment was quite challenging, it was definitely manageable with the right preparation.
After successfully passing the assessment I had an interview with the team manager. The entire process was well-structured and I truly appreciated how communicative and supportive everyone was. At no point did I feel any unnecessary pressure, the atmosphere was professional yet welcoming.
Overall Coca-Cola HBC’s hiring process was efficient, transparent and well-organised. The team was extremely helpful throughout, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
