1. Screen call with the CTO 2. Insite interview with a senior developer, CTO and one of the founders 3. Coding challenge; It took around 30-40 hours to finish, as it was pretty big. 4. Generic rejection email. I believe the minimum [after a net process of about 50 hours] is giving personal feedback; or at least giving one after I asked.
