It was informal and I felt at ease, as I was hired by word of mouth and recommended by a relative. It was a pleasant experience, I met the owners, I was given a tour of the facility, and we agreed on my pay.

Interview
Must have experience in coffee knowledge, barista work, and have a generally good attitude. Must be personable, accountable, and punctual. Possibly work over-time. Must be outgoing. Training for one week and three months mandatory probationary period.
