Started off with a phone screen with HR. The next step was three short in-person interviews with some people I would be working closely with and a relevant member of leadership. The next step was a presentation sharing research done in the field (after a specific amount of time).

Phone screen, video interview, take-home assignment/presentation, and a final interview with the design team (which was haphazardly thrown together). HR is horrible at communication and you have to follow up several times to just get a response. Especially surprising when they are asking for my time but don't respond once I submit my availability. The business model of the company is frail as well.
